Founded by Megan Carlson and Trish Wallschleager in 2020 with the goal of making entrepreneurship easier and more accessible for anyone with an existing business or desire to start one.

We have a passion for simplifying business operations and want to use our tools to empower business owners to run more efficiently so they can focus on the big picture. What would you do with more time? How much more could you accomplish with fewer distractions in your day to day operations?

We have helped businesses ranging from 5 employees to 250 employees become significantly more efficient. We have learned that sometimes it takes an outside perspective to see your business in a fresh light. We know starting and running a business isn't easy but we've found it doesn't have to be that hard. We started Simple Ops to help you operate better so you can focus on your passion instead of your problems.
